DIY: Silver Foil pressed on Used Denim short

DIY: ALLES WAS DU BRAUCHST IST:

Werkzeuge:
1. Alte Jeans

2. Silberfolie
3. Alleskleber

4. Pinsel
5. Schere

6. Bügeleisen

7. Schleifer

Anwendung:
1. Schneide deine alte Jeans auf die Länge  
   einer Short

2. Franse deine Jeansshort aus mittels
   Schleifer oder per Hand
3. Appliziere den Kleber mittels Pinsel auf
   die Stellen, auf die die Folie kommt

4. Appliziere die gewünschte Folie auf die
   behandelten Stellen
   (Achte darauf das die matte Seite auf die Jeans kommt)
5. Bügel und Presse mit dem Bügeleisen über  
   die Folie mit hoher Temperatur
   ca. 160-180°C 

6. Stecke die Jeans für 10 min. bei 150°C in
   den Backofen

7. Ziehe die Folien ab!
8. Voilá!

DIY: ALL YOU NEED IS:

Tools:
1st Old Jeans

2nd Silver foil
3rd Universal adhesive

4th Brush
5th Scissors

6th Iron

7th Grinder

Application:
1st Cut your old jeans to the length
    of a short
2nd Fringe your Jean shorts by hand or grinder
3rd Apply the glue/adhesive with a brush on
    the points for the foil
4th Apply the desired foil on
    the treated areas
    (Make sure that the matte side is on the jeans)
5th Use the iron and press the iron over
    the foil with temperature about 160-180 °C
6th Put the jeans for 10 min. at 150 ° C in
    the oven
7th Pull off the foil
8th Voila!

Anleitung:

1. Nehme ein altes strukturiertes Stoffstück mit kleinen Details.
   (z.B. Jackenärmel)
2. Schneide ein entsprechendes Stück vom Stoff zurecht
3. Nehme die Wollmütze
4. Nähe das zurechtgeschnittene Stoffstück auf die Wollmütze
5. Geschafft!

Hinweis: Du kannst auch Sticker oder bedruckte Stoffe verwenden.

1. Take an old piece of textured cloth with small details.
   (e.g. jacket sleeves)
2. Cut a suitable piece of fabric
3. Take the beanie
4. Sew the coped piece of fabric on the beanie
5. Done!

DIY: bleach your denim

Der lässige Klassiker der Bekleidung ist und bleibt die Jeans und damit sie richtig gut aussieht, muss man wissen, wie man seine Jeans ausbleichen kann.

The casual classic dress is and will remain the jeans. For a nice look, you need to know how you bleach it.

Jeans sehen nur dann richtig lässig aus, wenn sie einen getragenen Look haben, wenn man der Hose also nicht ansieht, dass sie gerade neu gekauft wurde.

Wenn du deine Jeans bleichen willst, machst du das am besten in der Waschmaschine und beachtest folgdendes:

If you want to bleach your jeans, then do it best in the washing machine as follows: 

• Um Jeans richtig zu bleichen benötigst Du ein Chlormittel, das du keinesfalls konzentriert anwenden darfst. Gebe die Jeans-Hose in die Waschmaschine und füge das Bleichmittel in stark verdünnter Form zu (1:2).
• In order to bleach jeans properly you need a chlorine agent. That you are not apply concentrated. Give the denim trousers in the washing machine and add the bleach agent in very diluted form (1:2).
• Achte darauf, dass du mit dem Bleichmittel nirgendwo Tropfen hinterlässt und unliebsame weiße Flecken verursachst. Ziehe am besten Gummihandschuhe an, damit deine Haut mit der Chemikalie nicht in Berührung kommt, das könnte Allergien auslösen. Vor allem solltest du auch eine Maske tragen, damit austretende starke Chlorbleichdämpfe nicht in deine Atemwege gelangen.

• Nach dem Bleichvorgang solltest du deine Jeans gründlich auswaschen. Die Jeans wird aber bestimmt gebundenen Restchlor enthalten, die üblicherweise in der Industrie immer neutralisiert wird, damit die Jeans Chlorfrei ist.

• Auch mit Scheuerpulver und Bürste kannst du deine Jeans ausbleichen. Dazu legst du die angefeuchtete Jeans-Hose in die Badewanne und schrubbst mit Scheuerpulver über die Stellen, die du gebleicht haben möchtest. Bitte ziehe auch hier Gummihandschuhe an.

Hier mal ein Beispiel, wie ihr eure alte Jeans Jacke aufpimpt. Am besten bestellt ihr Killernieten zum Schrauben bei ebay.

Achtet bitte darauf, dass die Löcher nicht zu groß eingeschnitten werden, da sonst die Nieten durchrutschen.

Im Baumarkt lassen sich sehr interessante und gebräuchliche Sachen finden.

So habe ich zum Beispiel, mir mit einer Kordel ein Gürtel geformt.

Achte darauf das die Kordel etwas länger ist, als deine bisherigen Gürtel. Somit kannst Du unterschiedliche Schleifen kreiern.

Der Preis liegt bei etwa 1,5 - 3 Euro.

DIY: Destroy Your Own Jean

Heute ist einer der Tage, wo ich so richtig Lust hatte, meiner Jeans ein destroyed look zu verpassen.

Dafür habe ich mir meine elektrische Mini-Schleifmaschine gepackt und mit dem Schleifaufsatz die Nähte veratzt. Sieht super authentisch und gekonnt aus. Mit der Schleifmaschine kann man den Kettfaden so lösen, dass der Schussfaden raus grinst.

Ich kann es nur jedem Empfehlen, statt mühsam mit anderen Haushaltswaren die Jeans völlig zu massakrieren.

Eine solche Mini-Schleifmaschine gibt es bereits für 19,90 Euro mit diversem Zubehör im Baumarkt oder im Internet. Die Schleifaufsätze kannst du ganz leicht abnehmen, aufsätzen und austauschen.

Echt praktisch! 

Probier es mal aus und lass es mich Wissen, wie du damit zurecht gekommen bist.

Today is one of those days where I really want to destroy my jeans.
